Calum Arnott

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Calum leads the team, bringing his experience developing aerial systems for wide-range of customers to direct Lerta’s technical and product strategies.

He is completing his PhD in Robotics and AI and holds a first-class MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Josh Ball

Co-Founder & Operations Director

Josh heads up Lerta’s commercial and financial strategies, bringing his proven experience of delivering financial technology solutions to clients across private equity, credit, and insurance.

Josh holds a first class MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Glasgow.
